“little family” from victorian england

This is part of my family (mom’s side) that was in England during late Victorian times. The move to America happened around the turn of the century, AS FAR AS I KNOW (I’m so shaky on clear facts).
On the back of the picture it reads:
"My Dear Richard this is C.A. and her little family. The tallest little girl is called Tilly and the next to her is called Janis and the other little one is called Catherine she is very delicate and that is the Old Boy sitting on C.A. lap he is a fine old Romp he is called Robert don’t you think they are looking fine good bye XXX"
Yes, the "Old Boy" is wearing a dress. Ah, back in the days when they used to dress little boys like girls.
